Renee's professional experience spans over twenty years in the mortgage lending, income tax and real estate industries. She started out with the Internal Revenue Service in San Francisco, CA where she became an expert in income tax and small business pension plans. She has sold real estate in Florida, California, New York and Arizona and understands every angle of a real estate purchase transaction. As an active real estate investor in several states, she stays abreast of industry changes and housing market trends.
Renee's true passion is the mortgage business. Her goal is to help people reach a better place as a result of working with her. She has advised thousands of families in the process of obtaining the most appropriate mortgage financing for them.
She has owned and operated four mortgage companies in Northern California, Arizona and North Carolina over the course of twenty years. During this time, she has developed the trust of realtors, builders, CPAs, and financial planners across the country and has helped their clients achieve the dream of home ownership. Renee is truly one of the best mortgage advisors working in the industry today. She is a graduate of Southampton College in New York.

Eric's professional experience started in 1993 as a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group where he advised individual and business clients in the areas of mortgage lending, retirement planning, and asset management. He also developed a philosophy on mortgage lending that he still maintains today - that mortgage decisions should not be made in isolation but rather as part of an overall financial plan.
Eric has worked with a wide range of home buyers from first time home buyers to retirees buying their final home to investors building a portfolio of income properties. He has worked with financial services leaders such as Citigroup in their Smith Barney Home Loan Program advising the firm's investment clients on mortgage financing. Before joining National Funding, Inc., he was with Countrywide's Full Spectrum Lending division where he focused on loans for borrowers with credit challenges and complex financial scenarios such as difficult-to-document income. He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
